Hate countrywide home loans?
if you have or had countrywide home loans as a lender,what are your opinions of them? I have heard horror stories.what do you think?

I do and they suck I wasn't told about money that was in a partial account from where we fell behind and were on a repayment plan we payed more to catch you the mo. that we were behind I called several times in tears because we are having a hard time this mo and they pretty much told me to sick to the plan or lose my home finally I got someone that told me about the partical mo. and gave me a way out.I don't mean to sound hatefull but everytime I call I get connected to someone that I can't understand why is thatI meant to say I called several times today in tears because I was terrified that my children were not goint o have thier home at ChristmasI didn't say it was there fault I was behind I am saying that it seems that after 5 or 6 phone calls in tears that someont would have said hey how about thi,I didn't say they were not getting paid this mo the repayment arragement is sat on the 21 I was needing to pay them on the 28th they wouldn't take that I am was told by the last associate the way out and we will be fine.I am just tired of getting people that I can't understand and people that can't take the time to work it out with you
Countrywide home loan?
we just receieved out paperwork for our home loan from countrywide, and there seems to be alot of fees added in that we were not told about, also on the phone they told us and our agent we would be locked in at 6.5% but on loan paperwork it is now at 6.75% has anyone had any problems with countrywide and what did you do about it
Countrywide home loan lawsuit?
I am due to close on a loan today with Countrywide. I live in Illinois. It was just on the news this morning that a lawsuit is being launched in Illinois against Countrywide for various reasons. Could this lawsuit hurt me in anyway in the long run

I am extremely nervous about having my home loan with Countrywide. I do not want them to come back and tell me that the modification they gave me is no longer valid. I have an ARM loan and am looking to refinance. Countrywide denied me for a refinance because I had two late payments in two years. Please help. I really want to find a company with a better track record and reputation.

I have recently gone part time and am looking into getting a home loan modification seeing we will now have trouble paying our mortgage. My loan is through Countrywide and I have gotten nowhere with them They keep telling me that someone will contact me, and that they have no new information. Has anyone successfully gotten some answers? We need help now
